Refund policy

All McKinnie Press items are made to order for you. Therefore, at this time we are unable to change, cancel and/or offer refunds once your order is placed. Please review our size guide as well as verify your shipping address before placing an order.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.  Please email our customer service team at info@mckinniepress.com with your order number, name, description of the issue and picture. Please do not send items back before being prompted by our customer service team.

Wrong Address - If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
